Who is selling

What you are buying

A Food hygiene training certificate (food handler) in PDF format, with your name, your document number, the course contents, the approximate duration (1 hour), the date, your exam mark and a code with a QR code to verify it. The course and the exam are free; you only pay for the certificate, and you can only order it after passing the exam.

Private document certifying the training received in food hygiene, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 and Spanish Royal Decree 109/2010. It is not an official qualification: training food handlers is the responsibility of the food business.

This certificate is for working in Spain and is not valid in other countries. Before you pay, we ask you to confirm this by ticking a box.

Price and payment

• Price: €12, VAT included: a taxable base of €9.92 plus €2.08 VAT (21%). It is a service provided electronically, without a teacher, and for that reason it is not exempt from VAT (binding ruling V0282-26 of the Spanish Directorate-General for Taxes, of 9 February 2026).
• Payment is made by card, Google Pay or Apple Pay through Stripe. We do not see or keep your card details.
• When you pay, Stripe issues the invoice automatically, showing the taxable base and the VAT. You can download it with the «Download invoice» button on your certificate page, and you also receive the link in the confirmation email. If you need an invoice with different billing details (for example, in the name of a company), write to us with your certificate code.

Delivery

The certificate is generated straight away, as soon as the payment is confirmed, and you download it from the website. Keep the PDF and the link to the download page: with that link you can download it again. If you lose it, on Recover your certificate you enter the email address you paid with and your document number, and we send the new links to that email address (the old one stops working).

Purchases by businesses

• Businesses buy places on the business page (in Spanish). Each place gives the right to one certificate for one worker who passes the exam using the business's invitation link. Places can be used for 5 years from the purchase: after that period we delete the purchase data, as explained in the privacy policy, and any unused places are lost.
• The price is tiered: each place is charged at the price of its tier (for example, the first 5 at one price and from the 6th onwards at a lower price), so buying one more place never costs less. Prices include VAT (21%) and the total is shown before payment, broken down by tier and with the base and the VAT. Stripe asks for the billing details, including the tax ID (CIF), and issues the invoice with the taxable base and the VAT.
• The company dashboard and the invitation link work with secret links, without a password: the business is responsible for keeping them safe.
• If you need to return places you have not used, write to us at delantal@nuvolastudiogroup.com and we will look into it. Places already used cannot be refunded, because the certificate has already been generated.

Right of withdrawal

The certificate is digital content not supplied on a physical medium. Under Article 103(m) of the consolidated text of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), there is no right of withdrawal when the supply begins with your prior and express consent and with your acknowledgement that, as a result, you lose that right.

Before you pay, we ask you to tick a box in which you agree that the certificate is generated immediately and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. We keep the date and time when you accept.

Mistakes in the certificate

If the certificate has a mistake in your details that is our fault, or you cannot download it, write to us and we will fix it at no cost. If the mistake is in the details you entered, we will also help you correct it.

Applicable law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
