Recover your certificate

If you paid for your certificate and closed the page, or lost the link, enter the email address you paid with and your document number. We will send new links for the certificate and the invoice to that email address, and the old ones will stop working.

The one you entered on the payment page.
The DNI (Spanish identity card), NIE (foreigner identity number) or passport number you put on the certificate, including its letter.

For security, links are only sent by email and at most once every 10 minutes. If you no longer have access to that email address, write to us at delantal@nuvolastudiogroup.com.
